Vey is a new addition to our herd in January of 2024. We picked her up when she was 8 months old and she has proven to be a wonderful doe. Vey is a character and can be very silly at times, and she has the strangest bleat I've ever heard in a goat; I swear she sounds like a dolphin! Vey freshened in July with a single doe and did a great job raising her. Next year Vey (and hopefully her daughter too) will be going on milk test.

Vey brings excellent genetics into our herd, including the exceptional doe GCH Algedi Farm RB Ocean Flower 6*M EEEE 92 and buck GCH Castle Rock Abraham Darby *B *S AR +VE 85, and those two are just on her sire's side! On Vey's dam's side there is the beautiful doe SGCH Farm Oldesouth Sunshine 2*M 2*D VEEE 90; an ADGA Top Ten doe and Oldesouth Blue Alexa 1*M EEEE 92 who won the ANDDA Bronze Sue Rucker Award For Milk Production in 2011.
